1. Custom & Personalized Orders

All sales are final for custom-made items. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless the product arrives damaged or with a production error on our part.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

• A clear photo of the product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will offer:

• A replacement at no extra cost, or

• Store credit, or

• A refund in rare cases

3. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your custom magnet will likely be in production, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
